A big thank you to those of you that were able to join me live, it was so lovely to spend the evening with you all and hear of the insights that emerged for you. During the circle, we: ✨ A calming heart-opening meditation to connect with your inner light. ✨ Guided Reiki energy session focused on self-love and compassion. ✨ Space from the outside world to allow you to recharge and reflect. Whether you’re experienced with Reiki or completely new, this practice is open to all who feel called to connect, heal, and manifest in an energetic way.

A big thank you to those of you that were able to join me live, you helped to create such beautiful energy and a truly supportive space. It was so lovely to listen to what you have decided to leave behind (or lob away ;) ) in 2024 and the seeds of intention you are planting for this year.
During the circle, we:

🖊 Crafted personalised intentions for your Reiki box (we talk about what this is, if you are not sure or don't have one) to carry your dreams into the months ahead.
Whether you’re experienced with Reiki or completely new, this practice is open to all who feel called to connect, heal, and manifest in an energetic way.
