I am so excited to FINALLY share with with you the details to my BRAND NEW Programme which to be really real feels like a soul creation to me. But to be honest I sense this programme hasn't been created by me but has come through me as something that needs to be birthed into the world.

This programme will include the most beautiful collection of powerful spiritual tools and guidance that will allow you to take the past hurts, wounds, traumas and experiences and alchemize them into the inner power that has always been there just waiting to be invoked.

This will be a live 5 month programme of weekly 2 hour calls starting after easter ( we will have break weeks) where we will experience a practice together followed by an hour of coaching and discussion to help you intergrate the healing, learning and practice into your life in the deepest way so the transformation becomes easy and effortless. I'll be working with those that sign up to find a day and time that works for everyone so when you sign up let me know what days and times are a no for you.

You will receive life time access to all the recordings to revisit time and time again as well as lifetime access to private Facebook community so you can share the experiences and what results you are manifesting in your life ongoing.

As this is the first time I am going to be running this programme (but certainly not the last!) Let me introduce myself.
I'm Holly...

I’m a Healing Coach living my beautiful life on the Isle of Wight (UK) with my husband, three kids and our Pup, Luna.

My journey into this work began after I became very ill suddenly with Rheumatoid Arthritis (plus two over auto -immune conditions thrown in for good measure!) Western medicine wasn't able to help so after deciding I was not willing to spend my life navigating stairs on my bum, I decided to find some answers. I studied and trained as a Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Coach and discovered my physical symptoms were just manifestations of that which needed to be healed on a much deeper level.

I started my business as a side project, simply wanting to be able to share what I had learnt and help others on the same healing journey I went through.

I fell completely in love with this work, and feel truly honoured to be able to support and be apart of others transformations, so as I grew and the business grew.

These days I am devoted to serving clients exclusively in the transformational healing space. I work with many different clients but who all have one thing in common, they are truly committed to their healing journey. 

 They are done with avoidance and excuses and are all in on healing their wounds and living a life aligned to their inner truth.

My approach leans both into the masculine elements of structure, strategy and practicality as well as the feminine elements of energetic embodiment, somatic experiencing, and intuitive knowing.  

Most important to me is that your healing ultimately leads to you discovering who you were born to be and consciously create the life you were born to live.

For me, freedom of time, a deep soul certainty, quality time with the family, feeling abundant in all areas of life, extraordinary client transformations, sacred relationships, and likeminded community is what makes this my life’s work and souls calling.

Frequently Asked Questions

"I won't have a lot of time available, is that going to be a problem?"
The only live aspects are the Reiki circles once a month, these will be to practice together what you have already learnt in the pre-corded trainings which you access whenever suits you. Reiki Circles will take place 7.30pm - 9.00pm GMT on the last Friday of the month beginning in November 2022.

When you complete the trainings for a certain level we will then have a one to one zoom call to allow me to deliver your attunement but as this is one to one it can be arranged with your schedule. As always there is no rush to complete the trainings as you have lifetime access.

"When will the training begin?"
All the trainings will be released on the 1st November for you to start working through at your own pace.

"How long are the trainings?"
The trainings vary in length depending on the topic however they are all pre-recorded so you can work through them at your own pace.

"What is an attunement and how will I feel afterwards?"
An attunement in an energetic cleansing/realignment process and people's experiences vary. Some notice little during the attunement, some feel the energy, see colours, and in terms of the effects after again it depends. Some feel lighter like after a cleanse, some report greater self awareness (that was my experience), some feel less likely to self sabotage.
Some have a process for a week or two where they are releasing so a bit like cleansing, sometimes will feel a bit groggy at first. With Reiki generally you can expect to receive more relaxation and a greater sense of inner peace. It is a practice so the more you connect with it, the deeper your experience. 

"Is the attunement one to one or in a group?"
The attunement will be held on a private Zoom call one to one with me.

"What happens at the Reiki Circles?"
The Reiki Circles are a chance to come together, practice elements of what we have learnt together and share experiences. It is also an opportunity to bring question about your practice and get answers from myself and the Group.
