Just for this week, let's let go of the judgement.
The judgement we place on others can tell us so much about where we are judging ourselves, but often it is not serving us. It is when we let go of the judgement that we have the capacity to make more skillful aligned choices and open up to more love and compassion.
Not from a place of beating ourselves up, but from knowing we are human, we all have the capacity to make wrong choices, and often do!
Let's let it go and choose again....

Starting with the breath
Some things to bare in mind....
- try to keep the spine straight - you can do this against a wall, on a chair or using cushion to prop up your hips
- if at anytime you become distracted during the meditation, know this is fine, just come back to the breath
-and most importantly enjoy the experience and the journey - soon enough you will wonder how you ever coped without it!
