Key points you need to know....
1. The first lesson will drop in on the 1st March 2023 (or immeditately if you have signed up after this date)
2. This will be a 4 week course and each week you will receive a new lesson and tasks to focus on....by the end of the 4 weeks you will have designed the perfect business strategy for you and your business!
3. You will truly get out of this course as much as you put in, some tasks may seem meaningless on the surface but I urge you to trust me, dig deep and you will be amazed at what you discover.

Week 1 - Who is the You, you are aligning the strategy to?
Let's dig deep....
Write at least 2 A5 pages for each question below and don't worry about it being perfect, allow the words to flow through you, write quickly and then review to see what nuggets of gold are hidden in the answers
1. What were the things you were told off for as a child by teachers, parents and authority figures?
2. How might these parts of you serve you and your business?
3. What parts of you did you hide or diminish due to fear of judgement from peers?
4. How might these parts of you serve you and your business?
5. What are the things that frustrate you about yourself or you critise yourself for?
6. What are the positive sides to these things and how can they serve you and your business?
Week 2 - Who is the client, you are aligning the strategy to?
As before write at least 2 A5 pages for each question below and don't worry about it being perfect, allow the words to flow through you, write quickly and then review to see what nuggets of gold are hidden in the answers
1. Who is it you would love to work with and why? and where are they?
(think about factors as age ranges, location, genders, their values, their circumstances, how they use social media or other platforms, how do they think, act, behave)
2. What problem/s are they facing that you can help them with?
3. How important is this problem in the scheme of things? Do they understand the impact their problem is having on them?
4. What do they desire? What outcomes do they want to see?
5. What are the mistakes they are making trying to solve the issue?
6. How can your product or service help? and why is it different to every other similar service being offered?
7. Why are you the perfect person to help them?
8. Why is now the time for them to work with you?
