Scope of Practice
Upon completion of the programme, this wisdom maybe used for personal use and/ or to guide individuals and groups through educational seminars on the principles and practices of the Ayurvedic way of life and self-healing. The emphasis is on education to prevent imbalances and the promotion of wellness on all levels of being, using the modalities and philosophy of Ayurveda and Feminine Form Medicine.
Approaches include nutrition, lifestyle, meditation, psychospiritual approaches, health promoting herbal education, and goal-setting. dharma work.
You will be trained in Ayurvedic principles and assessment tools for the determination of individual's mind/body constitution and to identify imbalance.
